The EBSCO databases open Full-Text PDFs within the browser window, and so the button to print may look different depending on the browser you use. In each browser you will see a print icon outside of the document window on the top left. This is NOT the way to print the entire article; only a way to print the citation from EBSCO. To print the article, you need to find the print icon within the document itself. This icon will likely not be visible unti you hover your mouse over the area of the button, generally at the bottom center or bottom right of the document window. The attached screenshots show the position of the print window in each of 3 browsers on two different operating systems.
