No, special collections copies are intended for long-term preservation and do not circulate. You can request the book from our Special Collections Reference Assistant and read it in the library during Special Collections hours (10 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday).  If you are looking for a book to check out and cannot locate one, please see a reference librarian to discuss options for obtaining a loanable copy.
