There is a default grade schema for each class, defined by Emory. This schema can be modified. To see/edit this, go to the full grade center (click “Grade Center” in the bottom left of the page with "Edit Mode" turned "On"; and then click “Full Grade Center”). Click “Manage” at the top and then “Grading Schemas” from the dropdown. You should see the default grade schema called “Letter.” You can create a new one (“Create Grading Schema” at the top), or just click the down arrow to the right of “Letter” and choose “Edit.” This will take you to a page where you can customize what letter grades are reflected by particular percentages (currently A+ is 98.5% and above).
